This agreement sets out the delivery, refund, and cancellation terms for e-commerce packages, modules, and services purchased via eticaret.voldi.net.
Digital Delivery and One-Time License: All packages and modules offered on the Site are digital services and are not subject to a subscription system. By making a one-time payment, the Buyer acquires the right to use the package license indefinitely. As there is no physical shipment, there is no “shipping” fee. Service delivery is carried out by enabling access to the management panel, assigning the license, or activating the ordered module after order confirmation and payment completion. The Seller makes the service ready for use within a maximum of 30 days.
Delivery Notification: Notification regarding the delivered service is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer during the order process or made accessible via the user panel. The Buyer acknowledges responsibility for the accuracy of the email address.
Delivery Delay: In the event of a delay in service delivery, the Seller informs the Buyer and takes the necessary measures to resolve the delay. The Seller shall not be held responsible if the delay arises from force majeure or failures in third-party systems (e.g., errors caused by a server service provider).
Orders Where Service Has Not Begun: If the performance of the service has not started after placing the order, the Buyer may cancel the order and request a refund of the amount paid. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mail@voldi.net. Refunds are processed within a reasonable period depending on the payment method used.
Orders Where Service Has Begun: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds cannot be made once the service has been made available to the consumer. Package installation, commencement of custom design work, or activation of a module is deemed as the “start of service.” In such cases, the right of withdrawal expires and no refund is made.
Buyer’s Obligations: When submitting a refund request, the Buyer must provide complete and accurate personal and order information. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information.
Cancellation Request: The Buyer may cancel an order for which payment has been completed but the service has not yet begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted to mail@voldi.net within 14 days from the order date. A refund is issued after cancellation approval.
Right of Withdrawal: Under the law, consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days in distance contracts. For digital services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if service performance has begun or if personalized/custom adaptations have been made. The Buyer acknowledges that approving the immediate commencement of the service eliminates the right of withdrawal.
Refund Process Following Cancellation or Withdrawal: If the right of cancellation or withdrawal is exercised, the Seller refunds the paid amount to the Buyer within a maximum of 10 business days. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays arising from banks or payment systems.
