The seller information above is clearly stated in Voldi Creative’s privacy policy. The Seller provides e-commerce infrastructure, modules, and related integration services in a digital environment. This agreement applies to the packages, additional modules, and optional services offered through the Seller’s website.
Buyer: The real or legal person who orders a package, module, or service via Voldi Creative’s website by accepting this agreement.
The terms used in this agreement shall have the following meanings:
Law: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Regulation: Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Service: Any consumer transaction carried out or promised to be carried out in return for a fee or benefit, independent of the provision of goods.
Goods: Movable goods and intangible goods such as software, audio, visual content, and similar items prepared for use in electronic environments.
Seller: The company that offers goods or services to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the party offering goods.
Buyer: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
Site: The domain name eticaret.voldi.net owned by the Seller.
Ordering Party: The real or legal person placing an order through the Site.
Parties: The Seller and the Buyer.
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of e-commerce packages, modules, and additional services ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller’s website. The packages listed on the Site consist of Basic, Plus, Pro, and Prime packages, along with their module and service options; their main features and prices are announced on the Site. All services provided are entirely digital, and there is no shipment of any physical product.
The main characteristics, type, quantity, and sales price of the goods or services subject to the order are announced on the Site. Voldi Creative packages are offered with a one-time license fee that does not require a monthly subscription. By paying the selected package fee once, the Buyer acquires a perpetual license right for the e-commerce infrastructure. The server and domain services offered by the Seller are optional; these services may be obtained from third-party hosting or domain providers, or installation may be carried out on the Buyer’s own server. Fees for server or domain services may be renewed annually and are evaluated separately from the e-commerce package license fee. In the case of campaigns, the relevant product features are valid for the duration of the campaign. Prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) plus VAT; the Seller reserves the right to make changes to prices and package contents.

The Buyer’s delivery recipient, address, phone, and email information are specified in the order form. Billing information is also included in the order form.
The Buyer pays the total amount of the ordered package, module, or service via credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods offered on the Site as a one-time payment; there is no monthly subscription fee for packages. If server or domain services are requested, the fees for these services may be billed on an annual basis, and the Seller may collect these fees through third-party service providers. If payment is not made, the relevant service may be suspended; the Seller reserves the right to make changes to fees and package contents.
As the ordered services are digital, there is no physical shipment. The Seller is obliged to provide the service within a maximum of 30 days from the approval of the order; this period shall not exceed the statutory 30-day period specified by law. Service delivery is carried out in the form of digital provision such as granting access to the management panel, activating the package, assigning the license, or similar methods. Delivery is notified via email or through the user account.
Pursuant to Law No. 6502, in cases where a distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. For digital services,
the right of withdrawal may be exercised before the performance of the service begins; once the service has started, particularly for customized development, custom theme design, and/or modules prepared upon the consumer’s request, there is no right of withdrawal. By confirming the order and requesting the immediate performance of the service, the Buyer accepts that they will lose the right of withdrawal.
Orders for which the Buyer has completed payment may be canceled if the service has not yet begun. Cancellation requests must be sent to mail@voldi.net. For canceled orders, refunds are made within a reasonable period depending on the payment method used. If the performance of the service has commenced (for example, if package installation has been completed or custom design work has started), no refund will be made.
In the event that the Buyer defaults on credit card payments, the Buyer agrees that they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be liable to the bank.
The Seller processes and protects personal data as stated in the privacy policy. Data is retained only for the period necessary, and applications regarding requests may be submitted via mail@voldi.net.
In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections may be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was carried out. Turkish law shall apply to the implementation of this agreement, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya shall have jurisdiction.
By placing an order through the Site, the Buyer declares that they have accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement enters into force at the moment it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
